← All rolesWe ship constantly, and too much of what we build reaches the market without the clarity, packaging, and follow-through it deserves. There’s a widening gap between what Shotstack does and what the market thinks it does, and you’re here to close it.
Apply for this roleWhat you’ll do
- Messaging: the messaging system end to end: positioning inputs, audience narratives, feature messaging, value props, proof points, objection handling, and battlecards.
- The launch machine: every meaningful release ships with a clear audience, message, channel plan, internal enablement, and a simple way to tell whether it worked.
- Research: customer, market, and competitive research that keeps the message anchored in real language, real buying triggers, and real objections.
- GTM writing: the high-leverage assets: launch announcements, product and landing pages, sales/CS enablement, lifecycle copy, and changelogs.
- Proof: turn customer stories and use cases into testimonials, case studies, and proof points the whole team can use.
What we’re looking for
- You turn product detail into a clear market-facing message without making it generic.
- You think audience-first. You can make one product land differently for a developer, a no-code builder, a PM, and a marketing-ops lead.
- You’re a clear writer. Landing pages, launch notes, briefs, and enablement, without hiding behind jargon.
- You’re research-driven. You talk to customers, read support tickets, and bring evidence into the work.
- You’re commercially literate. You care about signups, activation, revenue, retention, and expansion.
- You’re technically curious. You go deep on the product and the docs to explain it.
